David Seelos

David Seelos is an entrepreneur and media executive with more than 15 years of experience in digital media and the creator space. He founded End Card Digital, a talent management company representing top creators across science, technology, and education. In 2024, David was brought on by Underscore Talent, along with his established roster of creators, to build and lead the company’s STEM vertical as Head of STEM Talent.

David is now the founder of CloutCo, an influencer marketing agency and creator management company that helps brands develop and execute influencer campaigns while representing select digital talent. CloutCo combines strategy and campaign management with proprietary technology designed to make collaboration between brands and creators easier.

Throughout his career, David has built companies, teams, and operational systems from the ground up, with years of experience working with creator talent, brand partnerships, and the business side of turning creative ideas into successful campaigns.
